Description
On the front of the wallet, there is a special compartment for a phone for easy access. This compartment ensures the safe transportation of your phone and makes it easy to access quickly. In addition, the velvet lining inside prevents your phone from scratching.
There are eleven card holder slots on the inside of the wallet. This compartment keeps your cards organized and offers enough space for credit cards, debit cards, loyalty cards and other cards. There's also a compartment that can be closed and opened to keep your cards secure and a zippered compartment to store your coins.
Another feature of the wallet is a windowed cardholder slot. This windowed compartment allows you to easily see your ID card or a card you use often. This way, you can quickly access your cards without spending time searching for them.
In addition, the wallet has a paper money slot at the back of the wallet. This compartment allows you to keep your banknotes neatly organized and easily accessible.
The wallet comes with a shoulder strap for ease of use. The shoulder strap allows you to easily sling the wallet over your shoulder rather than carrying it in your hand. This feature frees your hands, allowing you to go about your daily business in a more comfortable way.

Tracking

Lost or Damaged Shipments
We cover any lost or damaged shipments. If
your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame or if the items are

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of
purchase. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be unused, in its
original packaging, and returned with all tags and labels intact. If the item
is not returned in its original condition, a 30% restocking fee may apply.
Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. If these conditions are met, a full refund will be issued.
Restocking Fee: If the item shows signs of use or is not returned in its original condition, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.

Warranty
At Bouletta Case, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and applies to the items
listed below.
What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects,
including but not limited to:
- Stitches
- Glues
- Magnets
- Buckles
- Adaptors
Warranty Exclusions
Due to the natural characteristics of leather, certain changes and wear are considered normal and are not covered under this warranty. This includes:
- Fading or color changes over time.
- Structural changes due to heavy exposure to water.
- Damage or wear to glued leather components such as watch bands, bags, wallets, and other glued leather items. These are not covered if the leather has been affected by external factors, and warranty will be void in such cases.
Repair, Replacement, or Exchange
If your product falls under the warranty, we will assess it and, if possible, offer repairs, part replacements, or exchanges. If your item is no longer under warranty or is damaged by factors not covered by the warranty, repairs or part replacements may still be possible for a fee.
Shipping Costs
Warranty Claims: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending items for service or replacement, unless the item is deemed defective and under warranty. In the case of a valid warranty claim, we will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced item to you.
Returns: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items for reasons other than defects.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Return & Refund
At Bouletta Case, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 30-day return period for most items, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility

- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

7-10 business days for the refund to process after we receive the return.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Items with fading or color changes due to normal leather aging.
Products with structural changes caused by heavy exposure to water.
Items with damage or wear to glued leather components such as watch bands, bags, wallets, and similar items due to external factors.
Final sale and clearance items are not returnable.
