Warranty
At Bouletta Case, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and applies to the items
listed below.
What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects,
including but not limited to:
- Stitches
- Glues
- Magnets
- Buckles
- Adaptors
Warranty Exclusions
Due to the natural characteristics of leather, certain changes and wear are considered normal and are not covered under this warranty. This includes:
- Fading or color changes over time.
- Structural changes due to heavy exposure to water.
- Damage or wear to glued leather components such as watch bands, bags, wallets, and other glued leather items. These are not covered if the leather has been affected by external factors, and warranty will be void in such cases.
Repair, Replacement, or Exchange
If your product falls under the warranty, we will assess it and, if possible, offer repairs, part replacements, or exchanges. If your item is no longer under warranty or is damaged by factors not covered by the warranty, repairs or part replacements may still be possible for a fee.
Shipping Costs
Warranty Claims: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending items for service or replacement, unless the item is deemed defective and under warranty. In the case of a valid warranty claim, we will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced item to you.
Returns: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items for reasons other than defects.
