We are pleased to offer shipping both domestically (within the United States) and internationally.

Processing Time

Shipping Methods and Costs

Standard Shipping (USPS Ground): We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $30. For orders under $30, standard shipping charges will apply, calculated at checkout.

Expedited Shipping: If you need your items faster, expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Please select this option during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (USPS Ground):
3-5 business days.

International Shipping: Delivery times may vary depending on the testination country. Additional customs or import duties may apply, and delays can occur due to customs processing.

Tracking

We provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We cover any lost or damaged shipments. If
your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame or if the items are
damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately at support@boulettausa.com for assistance.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of
purchase. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be unused, in its
original packaging, and returned with all tags and labels intact. If the item
is not returned in its original condition, a 30% restocking fee may apply.

Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. If these conditions are met, a full refund will be issued.

Restocking Fee: If the item shows signs of use or is not returned in its original condition, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.

At Bouletta Case, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and applies to the items
listed below.

What the Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects,
including but not limited to:

• Stitches
• Glues
• Magnets
• Buckles
• Adaptors

Warranty Exclusions

Due to the natural characteristics of leather, certain changes and wear are considered normal and are not covered under this warranty. This includes:

• Fading or color changes over time.
• Structural changes due to heavy exposure to water.
• Damage or wear to glued leather components such as watch bands, bags, wallets, and other glued leather items. These are not covered if the leather has been affected by external factors, and warranty will be void in such cases.

Repair, Replacement, or Exchange

If your product falls under the warranty, we will assess it and, if possible, offer repairs, part replacements, or exchanges. If your item is no longer under warranty or is damaged by factors not covered by the warranty, repairs or part replacements may still be possible for a fee.

Shipping Costs

Warranty Claims: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending items for service or replacement, unless the item is deemed defective and under warranty. In the case of a valid warranty claim, we will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced item to you.

Returns: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items for reasons other than defects.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at support@boulettausa.com with a description of the issue, proof of purchase, and any relevant photos. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.

At Bouletta Case, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 30-day return period for most items, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Items that are not in their original condition or show signs of use may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow
7-10 business days for the refund to process after we receive the return.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Items with fading or color changes due to normal leather aging.

Products with structural changes caused by heavy exposure to water.

Items with damage or wear to glued leather components such as watch bands, bags, wallets, and similar items due to external factors.

Final sale and clearance items are not returnable.

These exclusions apply as outlined in our warranty policy.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item, unless the product was damaged during shipping or the item is defective upon receipt. In such cases, please contact us at support@boulettausa.com for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item,
please contact us immediately at support@boulettausa.co with a description and photo of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
