* It is where information from high frequency (13.56MHz) RFID based credit cards, passports and transport cards are read and copied. Our RFID blocking products are designed to help protect you from the type of theft called RFID skimming. Many cards and passports use RFID technology and are prone to RFID theft. Our product liners contain material designed to block RFID signals. While your card or passport is wrapped in this material, it cannot read the information in the theft scanner.

Our products are covered by a 90 year warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Try not to over stuff your Bouletta Case or put things in there that don’t belong. If you do put more cards in there than recommended, things can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials.
This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.

This warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser. Coverage terminates when the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product. An original or copy of a sales receipt is required for warranty service. This limited warranty does not cover products purchased from 3rd party sellers on online sales auction sites. Online sales auction confirmations are NOT accepted for warranty verification.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.
STANDARD GROUND PROCESSING TIME
First Class Mail and FedEx ground shipping delivery time is generally between 3 to 9 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on the distance between the two regions. This method includes a USPS/FedEx shipment tracking number. The shipment tracking will be emailed to you once your shipment has been completed.
FEDEX CUT OFF TIME
The cut-off time for next day shipping on FedEx 2nd Day and overnight (weekends do not count as a shipping day) services (when available) on (in stock) orders is 10 am EST.
Bouletta Case offers a special flat-rate international shipping cost of $13.50 to most countries. For the countries excluded from the special international flat rate, shipping charges will be assessed based on each destination country.
IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOM FEES
International shipping costs do not include any possible import taxes or customs fees associated with collection. The recipient is responsible for payment of any duties or taxes including any fees incurred. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING TIME
Due to the additional processing efforts and care involved in fulfilling international orders, processing time occurs within 1 to 3 days after the order is received.
CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE
All prices listed for shipping are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will automatically calculate the currency exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Bouletta Case item, simply send it back to us within 30 (thirty) days. This decision is entirely up to you and the exact reason does not affect our return policy.
At Bouletta Case we are more than happy to accept returns or exchanges with our products. Please understand that we cannot allow returns or exchanges on "Final Sale" items. All items that our customers wish to return or exchange must be in their original condition. We cannot return or exchange items that have been worn down or altered in any way.
Please note: The best way to guarantee a refund is to keep your item in like-new and sellable condition.
What items are returnable?
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment In unused and original condition. Must be in the original packaging.

Sale items, Free gifts, promotional items and customized items.
Are there any charges for return?
There are no fees to start a return process. However original shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deduct the original shipping charges on orders which we shipped using free shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Enter your order number and email address used for the order. You do not need an account. Select the reason for the return. And follow the instructions. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 7-10 business days
